i had never done one of those then-and-now drawings so i thought it'd be fun to do THE first drawing i uploaded here to deviantart back in 2007!

i was actually really surprised when i started coloring this...i couldn't believe how much my style had changed and (dare i say) improved! it was really cool to see the difference and i can only hope that 5 years from now, when i re-do this drawing again, i'll be able to say the same thing about the drawing on the right.

my tablet kept dying on me while i was finishing this up... T_T maybe it's a sign that i need to go back to traditional drawing for a bit??
